Who are you?
We are a small consultancy based in Staffordshire consisting of estimators & quantity surveyors that have worked for some of the largest Bricklaying Sub - Contractors in the UK for a number of years.
Over the years we have worked on securing labour only packages for multiple bricklaying subbies that from £50K all the way up to £5 Million across the UK ranging from small housing developments to large commercial projects.
How Do You Do It?
We work with you to identify your ideal clients and projects that you would like to secure using the data tools such as Glenigans & Barbour ABI.
We create a visible sales and enquiry pipeline, conduct weekly meetings & a WhatsApp group to ensure we are in constant contact and on track from the initial tender request to securing the order.
Whats The Cost?
We charge a small monthly retainer of £1000 Per Month & 2% commission payable upon completing a sale.
We only work with one bricklaying sub-contractor per region.
